Just picked up this hull, says it's a 1990 proboat "top line", best I could research the hull was created by hornett and used by charger challenger Hawaiian and sun mfg. not positive on all of those, but definitely the same as sun mfg as it has the gauge angle bezels built into the hull. It's getting completely gutted and new stringer, removing floor and eventually an ls 5.3. Very slow project picking up the parts when I have time. May try to do the stringers myself or wait and pay a shop. Curious if anybody knows anything about this hull or the bottom, if I need to flip it and change anything on the bottom I want to do it before I start the rest of the project. I would like to be in the 80mph range when all is said and done. I read some old post that someone had one of these hulls in the 100mph range, and that they turn well.
