Neil Gaiman Talks Returning to Sandman at Comic-Con

Head of marketing John Cunningham introduced Executive Editor of Vertigo Shelly Bond, Sandman letterer Todd Klein, original Sandman penciller Sam Keith, Sandman cover artist Dave McKean, Sandman: Overture artist J.H. Williams III to the crowd, but the truly thunderous applause came when Sandman creator Neil Gaiman himself took the stage. Of all the DC panels throughout Comic-Con, this panel had the loudest cheering and the most frequent laughter thanks to Gaiman's superstar status and charming personality.
