New to the forum but I am looking for some help and information. I've recently acquired a 1966 Vance 18' V-drive power boat. It's got a big block 390 on and appears to be in original vintage condition. The motor has obviously been rebuilt but the boat itself has been stored indoors for years. It runs great and looks sharp but I can find very little history about it. There just isn't much out there about Vance manufacturing. I have been able to learn there was an extremely limited production of these in 1966 but that is the extent of it. If anyone has any information on them, I would greatly appreciate hearing about it.
