Razer has announced Razer Cortex, a free app through which gamers can find game bargains, launch games while purportedly boosting computer performance, back up save games, and record in-game footage.
Razer Cortex: Deals is being touted as the cornerstone of the app, offering a price comparison engine to help gamers keep up-to-date with price drops across stores such as Amazon.com, GameStop, GOG, Green Man Gaming, Steam, and Origin, with "more to come." Players can also create wish lists, which allows them to receive notifications whenever a game on their list is discounted. Razer Cortex: Deals can also suggest other games users might enjoy based on their previous gaming activity.
